How to Manage Your Subscription

Need to update your subscription? No worries — we make it easy. Here’s how you can:

Change your products or bundle size
Adjust your delivery schedule or skip an upcoming order
Update your shipping address or payment information
Pause or cancel your subscription

Logging In to Manage Your Subscription

Log In: Start by logging into your account.
Manage Subscriptions: Click on the ‘Manage Subscriptions’ button once you’re in.

Making Changes to Your Subscription

Select the Subscription You Want to Edit

After clicking ‘Manage Subscriptions,’ you’ll see a list of all your active subscriptions. Click on ‘See More Details’ next to the one you wish to adjust.

Changing Products or Quantities

To change the quantity or pack size, click ‘Edit’ next to the product.
To switch to a different formula, click ‘Swap Product’ and select your preferred option.

Adjusting Delivery Dates

Click ‘Reschedule’ if you need to adjust your next delivery date (great for vacations!). This change applies to your next order only — your regular delivery schedule will resume afterward.
Click ‘Skip Order’ if you don’t need your next scheduled delivery but want to keep your subscription active.
Click ‘Edit Frequency’ if you want to receive your orders more or less often (e.g., changing from a monthly to a weekly schedule).

Updating Your Address or Payment Information

To update your shipping address, scroll down to ‘Product Shipping Info’ and click ‘Edit.’
To update your payment details, scroll down to ‘Payment Details’ and click ‘Edit.’

Pausing or Canceling Your Subscription

Click ‘Pause Subscription’ if you want to take a temporary break.
Click ‘Cancel Subscription’ if you wish to end your subscription permanently.
