At Organic Formula Now, we want every order to reach you promptly, accurately, and in perfect condition. Here’s what to do if something doesn’t seem quite right.
We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for formula products, ensuring the highest standards of safety and hygiene for your baby’s nutrition.
Your order should arrive within 3-10 business days. If it’s been longer than 10 days, start by checking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email (sometimes this email lands in spam). This link may show where your order is, or if it was delivered to a neighbor by mistake.
If tracking doesn’t resolve the issue, we’re here to help. Simply reach out, and we’ll work to find and resolve any delivery issues for you.
While we work hard to ensure each order is accurate, mistakes can occasionally happen. If you receive the wrong items, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
To get a replacement for an incorrect order:
Take a clear photo of the products and packaging you received.
Email the photo to us at support@organicformulanow.com with a brief description of the issue.
Be sure to contact us within 3 days of receiving your order (after this period, we may not be able to offer a replacement).
Once we receive your email, we’ll send out the correct items right away, along with a shipping label for returning the incorrect products.
Sometimes, packages may have a bit of wear from transit, but don’t worry—your formula is safe to use as long as the inner seal is intact.
For formula in cans, check that the foil seal inside isn’t broken.
For formula in boxes, check that the inner pouch is undamaged.

If the inner seal is broken, please don’t use the formula. Let us know, and we’ll send a replacement immediately.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges, but in the rare instance you have an issue, please contact us at support@organicformulanow.com and we’ll make it right.
If you’re trying out new formula options and your baby isn’t a fan, not to worry! Simply contact us at support@organicformulanow.com and we’ll credit you for 1 unit of a different formula of your choice, so you’ve got one less thing to worry about.
